新北消防行動APP - Your One-Stop Information Hub for Emergency Situations
The 新北消防行動APP is a mobile emergency information system developed by the New Taipei City Government Fire Department, exclusively for the citizens of New Taipei City. With this app, users can access real-time push notifications, disaster prevention resources, and even report emergencies to the department, all from the comfort of their smartphones.
The app is packed with four primary features: Latest News, Real-time Notifications, Disaster Prevention Resources, and 119 Emergency Reporting.
The Latest News section provides the latest government news and event registration information for the citizens of New Taipei City.
The Real-time Notifications feature provides instant push notifications by the New Taipei City Fire Department. Citizens can bind their New Taipei Emergency Point account to the app to receive alerts about their preferred locations and subscribed message items.
The Disaster Prevention Resources feature helps users locate the nearest shelter, medical facility, free life jacket borrowing station, and AED locations. During typhoon season, the app also guides citizens to park their vehicles in nearby open parking lots and schools.
The 119 Emergency Reporting feature allows New Taipei City citizens to report emergencies through the app. Users can also send the location's latitude and longitude and live images of the scene via the app, allowing the 119 command center to provide relief and rescue resources more quickly and accurately.
